First of all, it was shrink wrapped, and AFTER I opened it (when I can no longer return it since it's a workbook), I realize that it was defectedthere was no bolt attaching the inner metal rings to the spine of the binder so one side was hanging, and I can't poke the hole myself b/c A) I'd need an electrical screwdriver and B) I'd need to find a bolt that matched the exact size hole.Furthermore, I look inside and open the shrink-wrapped pa. u. Wish it were less expensive We required this workbook and the textbook for students in a beginning sewing class at the University level. I like the book and the workbook, however, for what the students get in the workbook I thought it should be 50% less than it is. The exercises in the beginning of the workbook were useful as were the sample half-scale patterns. If these exercises and patterns were available on a CD or by purchased download, for 25-30% of the price, this would be a better alternative and more acceptabl
