I'm also an amateur Platologist (as a lark I almost wrote "Platonist"). This book was therefore one I looked forward to, not least because Plato is a remarkably potent dramatic writer, bequeathing themes and ideas that would inspire ma. Hard reading. I honestly do not remember much, other than that he was a Greek Philosopher. I liked reading about that era, especially the books of Homer (Iliad and Odyssey).
