The Trans* Ally Workbook provides succinct and accessible information about basic trans-related issues and introduces strategies for being a good ally to trans* folks, especially regarding pronouns. What's more, Shlasko offers insights that will benefit even those long familiar with the topics. The book is an excellent addition to staff trainings in a variety of settings: higher ed, healthcare, workplace, etc. Perhaps its best use to slip to that friend/family member/coworker who just can't seem to get your p.
