So depending on your learning style you may or may not be able to get a lot out of it. I was looking for information on different types of suspensions, engines, etc. so this book was perfect. It goes into detail about how a combustion engine works from beginning to end.If you are looking for an overall knowledge of cars and do well with books written in a text book fo. "Five Stars" according to Indumathy. A nice book.. "A great read for anyone who wants to learn about cars!" according to Matthew Brandsema. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I started this book not knowing much about cars and ended with a vast amount of knowledge. The book goes through basically every system under the hood of a car. It starts of extremely basic and works upwards in complexity as the book and chapters progress.Before reading this book it would be helpful to have the following:1.
