Just a repeat of his other book Marie I took the author's advice and bought this book after it was basically stated in 'Alcohol Lied To Me' that it wasn't worth me doing anything to even improve my health moderately if I didn't embrace his entire abstinence ideology besides read this other book. So I read some of it and unfortunately it was mostly a repeat of everything I had read in his prior book. If you didn't embrace his full ideology enough to quit drinking forever col. I had a desire to stop drinking, after 20 yrs, and Craig Beck's insights and perspective provided the vehicle for me to do that, to date. I ran across his video on You Tube - Joined the on-line membership (which has various options / with a simple process to discontinue membership). The membership allows for download access to many resources namely the audio book and the hypnosis . fell short I was disappointed that the hypnosis exercises were part of an additional package you had to buy, yet were touted in the book as a key part of success. If so, then include them with the book or advertise the book as only an introduction to a method.
