"Short but impactful" according to Tobias G.. I can't sing praises enough for this book- it fills a niche in therapy that is very desperately needed. The concepts behind solution focused brief therapy are outlined clearly, the writing is direct and personable. The use of case vignettes lends the book some much needed clarification, given that this modality is really one that is very practice oriented as opposed to theory oriented. This was a great addition to my research for my master's thesis. One note though- this book is very very short. I was actually shocked when it came in the mai. Amazon Customer said Total game changer. Rebekka's vision in helping people find their better selves is simply brilliant. Changed my life. Buy this book. It will change yours too.
