T said Eye Strain. Be prepared for eye strain. Pictures and diagrams are faded and washed out.They lack the detail needed to use a repair manual effectively.The print is so faint,it is nearly illegible. This manual appears to have been printed from a copy of a copy.I'm looking for a used original.. Great source of 912 information, but low quality photos. Great source of information, but photos are very low quality and dark (due the reprint). Owner's manual is a nice feature, if you are missing one. It's pity that the quality of the black and white photos is so bad. The publisher should make a new version with better scans made with today's technology. I found "Porsche 912 Handbook" By Lash International a better alternative.. "Poor Quality Re-Print" according to Gary Hemmer. The specs are there, the information is correct, the book is not exactly what I expected. When the book arrived I turned to the wiring diagram which is what I needed to use first. the diagram is fuzzy, no color code, so useless. on the upside, there is good information that any mechanic working on his own Porsche 912 needs and it is accurate. I am sure the book is a new "REPRINT" not new old stock
