Queen Mary said Excellent!. This is a well written and exciting series. The characters are developed through out and grow in depth. A great blend of vampires, occult and eroticism.. A little extreme but an interesting vampire series I really enjoy this series. The sex might get a little extreme for some readers ( rough, sharing, dom/sub, etc.) but I enjoy the characters - a tortured, repentent vampire and a wicked intelligent sexy business partner, investigating supernatural goings-on in Chicago.
Jesse Madding has been working for Gideon, a vampire fighting to maintain the balance between good and evil, for two years, and has loved him for nearly that long.
