I ordered from Amazon since it would be printed for me, and because I already had an account so it was convenient.The good news is that this standard is quite simple, and the authors of this document did not waste words in describing it. The pamphlet is only 9 pages of content, and then is padded with a whole bunch of empty "notes" pages to make it feel like you actually bought something.
