Harvester Scout I knew it was going to be good. Why Rudy When I heard back in January that Jim Allen was going to team up with Scout guru John Glancy to write the definitive piece on the International Harvester Scout I knew it was going to be good. Why? Well, Allen wrote one of my favorite books in my auto library, Classic 4 X 4s (Illustrated Buyer's Guide), way back in 1997. A book I go back to often for information and reading pleasure.
