I wish I could list which stories were my favorites, but that would be like asking someone who came upon a pile of leaves on a fall afternoon to . "Kagan Covers it all" according to Amazon Customer. I loved it, even at the end when I knew Darla Dog's story would reduce me to tears and bring back the grief I felt three months ago when my BFF left me. I had read Darla's story in a column that a friend gave me when my precious one at the age of almost 15 was going through the struggle of her life, holding on for me until she couldn't do it any more. Unlike Darla Dog, my sweet lab loved her vet and his staff. I know there is a special place in heaven for veterinarian. "Five Stars" according to Mary Gillespie. Love every bit of this!! Can relate to Daryn's thoughts and feelings as if they are my own.
