I love the fact that the "gargoyles and grotesques" are portrayed in such detail. I am disappointed however that some of the images that I ordered this for were not shown. They were in the original book, but not this edition. I would definitely recommend this book, though.. and it is very good at being that It is what it is, and it is very good at being that. The CD comes with high and low resolution images for use in different applications. Very few images come with any visual context and there is no hint as to what building the images are from.
