The book is mostly concentrate on the perfume aspect but offers must needed up to date information of the different history and chemicals makeup involved in fragrances. This is one of the few books that explains the differences in the different varieties such as lavender. If you are interested in. A useful reference on fragrance Fragrance and Well Being, by Jennifer Peace Rhind, is a delightful book. I only wish it were scratch & sniff. I have always loved fragrance and there are some that I can still experience today though the places are gone-grandmother’s house, summer camp, and the apple orchard where I played as a child.
