Painful to read I have read about 250 true crime books over the years, with a hugh variety of authors. Now I read about 2 books every 10 days or so. This book, which I was so looking forward to reading, is actually PAINFUL to read because of the writing. I would never read another book by the author because she repeats over and over which drives me crazy, and the writing seems to be geared toward a 6th grader. I have read the first 108 pages of Dead Air and literally haven't picked it up for the last 5 days. So disappointed.. Jeffrey T. Kane said Crimekittehs.com loves this book!!!. I loved Dead Air. I have been following Jodi's case since I was in grade school and it aired on Unsolved Mysteries. The book is well written and gives a very thoughtful portrait of Jodi not trying to make her out to be a saint or anything, just a regular happy girl.Check out my full review here on Crimekittehs.com: []. Great reporting on an unanswered story Great collection of all stories involving Jodi - while we may not know what happened, the theories are interesting and hopefully get those involved thinking about coming forward with information.
