I think this would be particularly useful for young personal trainers who aren't used to working with seniors, and therefore te. Helpful to the elder exerciser. A great method of education for those who are older, but want to be wiser about their fitness. Know your machines and "what" they work. Know your body parts and "how" they work. Wisdom saves time. Be wise, learn, then burn (calories).. not as expected This book is not for someone who has no access to machines. A lot of the book is devoted to the use of gym equipment. I was hoping for more instruction when there are no machinesor trainers.a basic book for beginners. This is not that book.
