Some good curl advice but not a book to live by Rudy This book does have some good advice for handling curl if you are absolutely clueless as to how to manage your mane. However, I did not find it to have as much complete iformation as the book, Curly Girl, which I highly recommend.The good points about Curl Talk is she teaches the chronic "touchers" to leave their hair alone and emphasizes the importance of moisturizing and protecting your fragile locks.
