AutoCAD 2008 Martin Freyne I have this book and I believe that it has taken me from no knowledge of AutoCAD to a position that I can contribute to my employment. I did have some drawing skills but no CAD skills.I would advise anyone who wants to learn CAD and get the fundimentals right this is where to start.. P. Wettstein said CAD "CAD 2008" according to P. Wettstein. Book is good but not contiguous. Necessary steps are left out. I guess the assumption is one already has working knowledge of the software, but if that were so, why buy the book?. 008. This book has been very imformative ,easy to follow and constructed with the begginer in mind the whole book.This is a must have for any begginer who has a desire to win.
