Invaluable to the studying ham I found this question and answer booklet essential to use along with the official ARRL Extra Class study guide. I'm sure that I wouldn't have passed the exam the first time if it weren't for this book. Not only does it list and questions and answers for entire question pool (which, for the Extra exam, is quite large), it gives a brief explanation for each question. The questions are grouped in the same way the material in the study book is. Just make sure that you purchase an up-to-date version of the book, and that both the Q&A booklet and study book are the same version.. Tony Boddy said My slant on ARRL'S Extra Q&A. So much of this does not apply to Australian criteria because of differences in rules and the structure of Amateur Radio here.I bought it because I wanted to learn more of the USA platform for Amateur Radio.
