DESCRIPTION:
The step-by-step instructions should afford the reader a means of acquiring self-hypnosis. Nor are the results singular to modern hypnotists alone. Used intelligently, the results are the same for all those who are properly motivated. The reader would do well to scan some out-of-print books on hypnosis at the library to understand the point further.9This book is written in terms that are comprehensible to the layman. In reviewing the literature going back more than 100 years, the same gratifying results were obtained. The necessary material is here. The reader need only follow the instructions as they are given.Notice: This Book is published by Historical Books Limited (publicdomain) as a Publ
Wasn't Satisfied This book is more about how the author learned about and worked with self-hypnosis. It doesn't actually have well planned out steps to hypnotise yourself. It has a quick "how do ya do?" and then it goes back to the side-effects, the history of self-hypnosis, how they came to love hypnosis-I was looking for a step by step book on how to hypnotise yourself. Jorge Vismara said Good exercises and techniques. Describes plenty of techniques starting from the very beginning to the utmost deepest possible level. It does go into some chatty chapters, but, for the ones that need that extra words maybe is good. J. Law said Great original book, ahead of its time. This book was far ahead of its time. Written and published when this kind of the noting was looked at as hocus pocus.
