The downside, however, was that much of these ideas were some that I have read before in other self motivation books. If you haven't already read a lot of said books then this is a good one to start with. The author's tone is laidback and uplifting, so it's an enjoyable read.. Unleash the Beast – which I know sounds like a b-grade porn film (hey, sex sells, right?) – is about taking that spark of creativity floating around inside your brain, screaming "argh!" and basically spewing that creativity all over the place. More like a b-grade horror film (my personal favorite of all the b-grade persuasions).I'm going to share some of the techniques I use (as a successful w
