I may buy one or xerox mine and use the xerox to work through the questions again, as it had been so helpful. I bought the book in the early 1990's and over a period of years I slowly answered the questions. It has helped me live my life with more peace and less drama.The book speaks to me and allowed me to put on paper my experiences so I could see them as real. This helped me to accept that reality.I learned that I did not cause the behavior of other people, and that I could not influence that behavior to change, I had to work on my part .
