I have read this book and I think it is a good general guideline into doing egg cleansings. I have watched this ritual done many times and I feel that the author does a good job at letting the readers know that there is no right way of doing them, and no matter what level of spiritual understanding or gift that you have you can perform this process for a positive benefit..
