Just bought this book. Though not from Connecticut, I am a history buff and follow the period. I've read other pieces from Jackson Kuhl before -- he knows history and how to draw in readers. Kuhl has long been a well-versed historian of the early America period - whether toiling at Yale University's library or digs at a Southern New Jersey Settlement.
