"A Touching Book" according to Doranne. This is an excellent book to guide us into and through cranial sacral therapy. Anthony Arnold provides just enough anatomy and explanation of the cerebral spinal fluid flow to be helpful, but not overwhelming. He is very clear about the specific techniques to use; he is a good coach in sharing the fee. Concise and clear text on cranio sacral therapy truepeacenik I read a lot of books about various body therapies.Rhythm and Touch is the best of the genre.The explanations are clear, illustrations get points across simply and cleanly.I don't feel I need a medical degree to follow it AND it has substance.Looking into expanding your body work practice? Consider CS. Pacific NW Guy said Not a bad place to start. Required reading for my Craniosacral class. This book isn't bad but I believe there are probably better books. However, it is a very easy read.
