I purchased two books and just finished reading 'NYPD Blue Lies',definitely worth reading to all those planning to join the NYPD and can state,that as a retired NYPD Officer and a personal friend of the author, I can admit this still happens all the time and it will never go away, but we will always 'Fight the Good Fight'.. A Great Read! I bought this book because it was reviewed by a former NYPD officerit is totally believable and answers a lot of questions I have had about how minorities are treated in NYC.
