The trouble is it all talks about letting go to a higher power which does not work for those of us who do not believe in a higher power nut believe strength comes from within. I should have known as its a twelve step program but I was not expecting everything to depend on religion. There are some good testimonials about the addiction itself so that one doesn't feel alone but I need to look elsewhere for help.
