Cleansing protocol When I received the book, I was in the middle of a liver cleanse. I have eczema and thought a liver cleanse was the answer. Her book straightened me out! There is a process by which we all cleanse our organs, starting with the colon. Her short, concise book is a quick read and explains just as much as I need to know for cleansing purposes. I use YL oils, so it helped incorporate those products. The YL literature put out by YL isn't very well written, so this helped in that way. Thumbs up!. I LOVE THIS BOOK!
