Buy this book first. Don't waste your time or money on the other ones. Still pain-free after two years! Thanks, Rick! I have the first edition too. Rick has added more exercise illustrations and links to helpful videos in this new edition. If you want to WHY your back hurts - this is the only book that will tell you not only how to fix the pain, but why it hurts. Doesn't matter if it's an old injury, or you've already had back surgery, or some other excuse, Rick will help you to feel better.
