Okay BookWorm The book was okay for me. I have been reading spirituality books for a while now and this book did not meet my expectations. I really wanted to like it because I love Mastin but I cannot honestly give it more than 3 stars.I really love Mastin's point of view from reading The Daily Love. He comes across as authentic and vulnerable. Among spiritual teachers he is like the "guy next door", totally accessible and approachable. He seems like such a regular guy which is really empowering for the rest of us regular folks out out here who are travelling on this path.As for the book, I felt it lacked substance and weightiness. It . "Five Stars" according to nutricoach. Really enjoyed the honesty, frankness. Mastins work and coaching style really resonates with me.. "Five Stars" according to Kimberly Kelsey. Great book!
