Poetry that will stick with you Shonda I bought this book simply because I was intrigued by the cover. After the first few poems, I was hooked. Richard Siken writes with a sense of longing and urgency. Take this, for example:"You’re in a car with a beautiful boy, and he won’t tell you that he loves you, but he loves you. And you feel like . J. D. Allen said Little Beast is all beaten up. I ordered this book because I found myself re reading Little Beast on the internet and I wondered what else Richard Siken had to say.
