DESCRIPTION:

Great book (so far) yaknow05 I am taking intro to AutoCAD this semester, and this book seems to match up pretty well with page numbers and assignments from the 2013 AutoCAD book. This means a lot if you want to save some money. The only thing I have noticed that is different thus far (I am on chapter 13 now) is that there is no longer "Ariel View" in AutoCad 2014, which is good because you can just look over those steps when you get to it in Chapter 11 or 12.. "Five Stars" according to walt$anz. Great book! Good reference.. "Five Stars" according to Winston Baxter-Harwell. It's a competent book

Dimensional constraints allow control of a dimension based on a rule or a formula. 2D Parametric Design --- Geometric constraints between 2D objects are now available, which means it is possible to force lines to be parallel or perpendicular to one another. In addition, the text reflects changes to the user interface, which has been redesigned to make some of the options more interactive and context-sensitive. The book retains its easy to follow step-by-step format.. Applying AutoCAD 2011 has been updated to accompany the new version of the AutoCAD software, which includes some useful features for both 3D modeling and 2D documentation. The object can be converted to a 3D solid. Some of these features include: 3D Mesh Modeling --- A 3D mesh is a new type of object that can be reshaped by pushing or pulling on its surface
