Most you know if you have been trying to help yourself, but this is just a great companion to get you going and healthy. "Stress" according to Donna Taylor. This book helps out when I am under a lot of stress those everyday problems you have to deal with. We need to learn how to relax and take care of ourselves to release and enjoy life.. This reads more like an extended pamphlet Elizabeth Courage This reads more like an extended pamphlet. It's like a cheat sheet to all Dr. Oz's other books. I would have preferred to borrow it from the library. I think my tween daughter will enjoy it more than me. That said I did get a few things out of it so it wasn't a complete waste of money but I wouldn't recommend it unless you are interested in a quick cliff notes version of Dr. Oz's books.
