Flying Machine Book Discovered this book at the library and kept it out for as long as possible because my son could not get enough. He thinks the rockets are cool and simple to make. I had to find a copy for his own library. He is now explaining and demonstrating for his friends how to build flying machines with things found around the house; pencil, ruler, paper towel tube, plastic bottle, card stock, drinking straws, rubber bands, tape, and stapler. My grandson loves all things airborne, so when I saw this book at the library I checked it out to see if there was anything in it we could make together to fly. He likes making things out of household items that he can find in the house and his dad enjoys it for spending time with his son.
