Simple and practical I did not know the acupuncture therapy could be so easy to do.My friend recommended this book to me, I thought I could spare some 10 dollars for a book that talks about health. It talks about how to use and maintain our own body that we have always taken for granted. It gives dozens of practical methods I can easily follow, the idea of staying healthy and disease prevention becomes more realistic. I also love the graphical illustrations this book provides. We really should be responsible for our own health before disease strikes. Nowadays, is there anything more valuable then a well functioning body and mind?.
