I didn’t feel anything reading this This story was hard for me to read from the beginning, it was from a split narrative but it sounded promising. It’s the story of Boon a sports bar owner and Grey a counselor in a shelter for women victims of domestic violence. In theory it’d hit all the right spots for me, two independent women, one helping victims of violence and the other one probably needed to redeem herself or something of the sorts, it would be a complex story that I hoped would make me obsessed with this book and not put it down until I finished, not even for sleep (it’s been known to happen once or twice). The realit. A rather fine love story plus! J Johnson The main pair in this story is astoundingly special, amazingly in sync nearly all the time, and perhaps the hottest twosome on a sexual front I have read to date. There are two rather disparate story lines/energies that provide some explosive points. One member of the pair is a sports bar owner/manager and the second is an owner/manager of a shelter for abused women. These women would not initially present the makings of a good couple I would think, but the vagaries that fill life often bring people closer and with greater appreciation for each other. The pace and flow of the story is a tad inconsistent at . Another good read from an award winning author! Award winning author MJ Williamz has giving readers an erotic novel with an excellent plot. Boone Fairway, (who's tall, dark and handsome), owns a sports bar which many people in Portland, Oregon, view as a social gathering place, particularly Ducks fans! Grey Dawson and Boone meet at a Chamber of Commerce gathering. Both women find the other attractive, but Grey who owns and counsels at a shelter for abused women, is repulsed at the idea of a sports bar. She feels a lot of abuse comes from over in-biding while watching games at a sports bar. She informs Boone of her views, but, she does give Boone her card
