So Roger Pozeznik illustrates his "Massage for Cyclists" with a simple two-photo system for each technique: putting the two side by side helps the reader interpolate the motions necessary to do the moves. In addition to the photos themselves, what makes this book helpful is the division into functional parts: pre-ride, post-ride, and maintenance massage.
