I always fancied myself pretty well versed in Michigan automotive and marine history, but I am bush league compared to this guy. Even after this book I have to admit that he is still the boss. Great explanations of the ups and downs and travails of the boat building industry in the state of MI. We were, at one time, one of the hubs of the world recreational/pleasure boat industry.
