Wonderful book PVLO Jane A smaller book in size than most of the historic interior books, but the photos are excellent and bring the rooms to life! Love this, it would make a wonderful gift for historic house/room lover!. Great Organization for an Introduction to Historic British Interiors L. M. Keefer This is a lively and colorful introduction to historic interiors of British country homes. It's not a large book - about a square 8 X 9 inches in size. All of the rooms in the book are from National Trust buildings. There are 128 color photos on 141 pages, so there is a color photo on almost every page. It's about 3/4 photos and 1/4 text. Love the organization of the book - you tour these homes by room and chronologically so you can see the evolution in style from the medieval to the Victorian and Edwardian walking through Ha.
