What these Sounds True books consist of is a condensed version of the work of the author;in this case, Roger Woolger, a past life therapist, who is not as well known as Brian Weiss. These condensed versions are excellent for those who want to learn about a metaphysical ide. Michael said great book. The Meditations worked.. This is a great little book that has some very interesting stories of everyday people having past life issues in this present life. I enjoyed reading them.
