Lackluster Krishna Karra If you are looking for an overview and some technical meat about geolocation concepts, direction finding, array processing, TDOA, FDOA, etc. this is not the book for you. This book does not have a strong technical foundation and most of the book is spent outlining requirements for geolocation systems in different environments. It is also very poorly written, and the author speaks about his accomplishments in the field rather than actually talking about technical concepts in detail. Do not recommend.. Would be better titled as Adaptive Arrays with Geolocation Applications redboat This is a book on adaptive arrays with an academic flavor pretending to be a practical book on geolocation. Chapters 4-6 treat adaptive array topics, while chapters 1-3 are introductory in nature. The fact that the author completely overlooks many of the standard geolocation techniques while purporting to be a "world renowned leading authority in Geolocation" lessens his credibility considerably.
