Not for the average lay-person I find the book totally lacked helping the average lay person. It was FULL of hard to understand reports, meant for what seemed like a dr. to read. It did NOT tell the average person how to use the DMSO at home, but in IV use, etc. I wound up re-selling the book. All I wanted to know I found online. The book was not helpful to me.As far as DMSO goes:DMSO did work & it was great having NO pain/ stiffness all week after drinking it & applying . Very cool book and product! R. I found an article on the net that said vitamin B12 and folic acid could be dissolved in DMSO and then applied to the skin for good absorption to cure anemia, and another article on how DMSO can cure colitis and I was hooked.This book doesn't mention either of those treatmens usin.
