Don't wait for the movie Like many other previous commentators, I put Conlon at the pole position on my summer reading list. My initial intent was to evaluate it for possible inclusion as secondary reading in my community college criminal law class. I admit, I was perhaps more process than susbstance oriented because a good war story (of which there is no shortage in this b. Kindle Customer gig walsh said Blue Bloods is Brilliant. Ed Conlon has written a masterful book. It is an illuminating read about his experiences on the job and the history of the NYPD. If this book doesn't win awards, I will eat my hat.
