Came when promised. Very interesting read. Stary Came when promised. Very interesting read.. Four Stars Great book covering the basics.. Not very readable, not well organized, introductory in nature While I may not necessarily say the author is not well versed in the art and knowledge of the subject, I found the content to be not very readable. The information is not well structured and I found the content to veer off, without staying focused.Talking about Marma points for example, how about putting their location on the body, description, a picture and what they affect all in the same place? - why does this have to be spread out in different places? I did not find the chart / graphics at the end to be very useful in pinpointing the location of the marmas.
