DESCRIPTION:
"A promising Debut" according to Daniel T. Sullivan. This book started slow, but picked up as I got to know the protagonist. A great book for giving hope to those new to recovery. While this is a novel, it doesn't stretch the truth for folks who are dedicated to an open mind about starting a new life. Many people keep their experiences to themselves. The character described in this novel is no different from most people I've met. Thanks Steve, when's the next one coming out?!. WOW What a great read ! I read a lot .but I don't think I ever had such a great time reading a novel. I laughed ,I got pissed off and scared and so inspired.I already wish it didn't end! I have some new friends that will stick around in my life for a very long time . I highly recommend this debut story to everyone that wants a great read. This is an exciting, fun filled exploration that brings a mixture of joy, pain, love, growth and self-respect with inspiration from otherworldly allies. Along the way Sal, with the help of a compassionate spirit finds a desire and an ability to assist a great many fellow travelers in unexpected ways. Many of the historical & hysterical situations stem from actual events but sometimes “I tell these stories and folks just don’t believe me.” Hopefully many readers will take one or two of the ideas presented, polish them up to their own standards and implement them. This tale is a multi-faceted series of experiences and realizations during a young man’s quest to be a better person. As my favorite club says,”Take what you want and leave the rest.”
